The Basics:
You should always right click on the DOWNLOAD button then select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As".
Firefox users should consider using the FlashGet or you will often get 404 File not Found error!!.
If CHECKING... doesn't change to DOWNLOAD or NOT AVAILABLE then you should turn off ZoneAlarm or any other simmilar firewall programs.

Downloading:
We highly recommend the usage of download manager - FlashGet. With this program you don`t need to worry about the server time out, file not found errors or slow downloads. And its FREE!

In this case downloading directly from our site won't work, so you will have to normal (left) click the DOWNLOAD button and go to the site and download it there.

Downloading Albums:
All album songs must be downloaded separatedly. There is no way to download full album at once. If song in album is blue color and underlined it means that the song file exists. You click on it and you will come to download page. If it is not blue and underlined then it means that this song is not in our database yet. We add songs to database every day so you might check back later.

Extensions:
If the file has any other extension than .mp3, .wma or .ogg, then the file is probably archived and the extension would be .rar or .zip. When downloading a file with .rar ot .zip extension, you should first try to unrar it. WinRar is the program to do it. You should find an audio file inside. If you can`t unzip or unrar the file, because it is password protected, please see the last section of the troubleshooting guide (below). If you are unable to extract .rar or .zip because of some other error, try renaming the file to .mp3. If extension is not .rar, .zip, .mp3, .wma or .ogg, you should rename the extension to one of these and do the procedure described above. Usually it works, when renamed to .rar or .mp3. Instructions on how to rename a file are covered in the next section.

Renaming:
You can do that via Windows Explorer. Click Tools -> Folder Options, then click on View tab and uncheck the box saying "Hide Extension For Known File Types".
Next is to select the file you want to rename and press F2. You can edit the name of the file now. Now just rename the extension of the file and press enter.

Passwords:
If the file is password protected, you should first check the "Info Pass:" field located on the song download page. If "N/A or None" is listed there, that means we have no password for this song stored in our database. In cases where the file is password protected, but there is no real password listed that could mean problems. As we only hyperlink to these files and are in no way affiliated with them, we are unable to help further. Occasionally you will be stuck with a file that is impossible to extract, because none of the provided passwords will match. If that is the case, please contact us and specify the full URL to the file you have problems with. We will then manually remove the file from the database, to avoid further confusion.
